Kitty/PuttyCyg, Windows 10, cthelper, Cygwin64. This blog post is brief, but my mosh stopped working and I felt I should document the solution.

Open your cygwin installer (just download it again if you don’t have it) and update packages - don’t select anything, just go through until it installs. Boom, fixed!
